Yes, for active structural threats. If a tree is on your house, blocking your only exit, or creating an immediate danger to occupants, we will dispatch a crew at night. For situations that are not actively dangerous -- downed trees in the yard, broken limbs not threatening structures -- we schedule for first light the following morning.
Do maintenance clients get priority during storm season?
Yes. Clients with active Pelfrey maintenance contracts or tree health plans receive priority scheduling during storm events. This means your call is placed ahead of non-contract emergency requests in our dispatch queue. Priority response is a built-in benefit of ongoing maintenance relationships.
