Yes. All clients with active commercial maintenance contracts receive priority storm dispatch. Your call is placed ahead of non-contract emergency requests in our queue. For multi-property portfolios, your account manager coordinates triage across your properties to address the highest-risk situations first.

Can you attend board meetings to present tree care plans?

Yes. Your account manager is available to attend board meetings to present annual tree care plans, review completed work, discuss upcoming maintenance needs, and answer board member questions. This is included in our commercial programs at no additional charge.
